Probably not, no. In the west that is so short a ton of women won’t be able to get over your height (in my opinion/ some studies I’ve seen on height/ own anecdotal experience). I’d say once you are 167 cm or less at least half the women will automatically write you off no matter what.

160 would probably not, no, except for maybe 20-25% of women.

I think it depends on the average height in your area. If 160cm is at least above the average height of women, than a 160 cm guy with good looking is probably attractive.
