I am 165cm tall now and hoping to do two operations in the future to get to 178, do my proportions prevent me from doing this without looking unnatural? Would an arm lengthening also make sense (I don't see any cosmetic arm lengthening before/after photos so hard to see the effect of longer humerus)

Tibia+Femur: 81.7cm
Tibia/Femur: .78
Sitting Height (165-81.7): 83.3cm
Wingspan (not sure if measuring this correctly): 167.6cm

Not sure if the Sitting Height measurement is correct (I subtracted length of my lower body from my total height)

Just did and it seems right. What would be a good goal with 83.3cm sitting height?
