Today is the second time I went to the rehabilitation center to do Pt. When the rehabilitation division treated me, I felt a little pain, but after her treatment, the whole person felt relaxed. Today, I learned that I could see myself walking on the anti gravity treadmill screen.

I'm in good shape these days, but I'm easily tired and can sleep very well.

How hard is getting into the treadmill with Precice? At least in my case I had to walk over one step, and I thought I would be terrified to do it with Precice, putting too much weight on the legs. Do the PT guys carry you?

When I go up, they will help me. At the beginning, they will help me. Later, I can "jump" by myself. When I finish walking on the anti gravity treadmill, I don't need help. I can "jump" off the machine, and then "jump" away with a walker.

Today is the third time to go to the rehabilitation center after operation. I can "jump" onto the anti gravity treadmill without help.

Physiotherapists say I'm "strong". For the first time in my life, someone praises me like this. In fact, I'm the kind that has always been called a weak chicken! My weight is about 40kg all year round. This may be the reason why my arms can easily support myself, so I look very "strong".

I still remember the first time I got on the anti gravity treadmill, when the rehabilitation division was giving me "gas", because it was the first time I didn't know to stick my feet to the ground, hahaha, suddenly took off 30 cm away from the ground. If there were not a "small skirt" tied to me, I should hit the ceiling.

The leg was a little swollen. The doctor asked me to apply ice. I found the baby cooling paste and used it first. Go to the rehabilitation center tomorrow morning and get an ice bag home.

After the operation, I cooked by myself, focusing on simple and fast dishes. I bought this bottled garlic foam and fried all kinds of vegetables. It's perfect.

In order to meet the daily calories required by the doctor, I drink a lot of fruit juice, protein drinks and eat a variety of fruits and nuts.

Hi lucky star. thanks for sharing your diary with all the photos
May I know what is your starting height and the goal height? How long will you stay in Greece?

Go to the rehabilitation center for the fourth time after operation
The local swelling of my leg disappeared. The doctor told me to "rest" for the next three days.
Today, a male rehabilitation therapist did PT for me. I didn't hurt at all in the whole process. He said I was in very good condition.
The male therapist's wife gave birth to a little girl. This is the chocolate he gave me..

I'm lower than the average height of women. Of course, I want to have more goals, but I'll listen to the doctor.
I will stay in Greece until the end of the extension and the Doctor confirms that there is no problem before I return home.

I went to the hospital for a physical examination today.

Blood, leg X-ray, leg B-ultrasound (both sides, today is the first time I do face down lying on the bed after the operation).

The X-ray platform and the bed of leg B-ultrasound were two male nurses. One grabbed my armpit and the other carried me directly behind my knee. Fortunately, I was relatively light.

I arrived at the hospital at 1 p.m. and didn't wait until 5:30. The doctor told me that everything was fine and there was no problem.

The waiting time was very long. The male nurse saw that I had been sleeping in the wheelchair in the corridor. Maybe I was afraid of the cold. She told me to take me to a warm room, which should be the infusion room (or observation room). I felt warm in my heart.

I got the legendary DVD, but I can't watch it. My apple laptop doesn't have this function.

I woke up with pain several times in the night of the previous two days, just like the feeling of sore and cramped legs during adolescent development, and my legs bounced several times unconsciously. The doctor asked me to change the times of taking medicine and observe it for two days.
