Quote from: canterk on December 09, 2021, 07:56:05 PMHi lucky star, i want to ask since you are doing both tibia and femur.

What was your fitness level before the operation? Were you a very active person? How about your flexibility and muscles?

Thanks.
For the procedure. You can find the cost on Dr G website https://www.athensbjr.com/cost-pricing-of-cosmetic-limb-lengthening/

First of all, thank you for helping me reply.

My physical condition is normal and healthy, but because I have been waiting for surgery for nearly two years (visa, p-needle, epidemic...), I am very anxious (insomnia, need melatonin to help me sleep, and open my eyes until morning when it is serious). The anxious emotional problems caused endocrine disorders, which led me to undergo a minimally invasive surgery in Beijing in early September, The day I was discharged from the hospital was the first day of my Greek visa, so I handled the discharge in Beijing in the morning and boarded the plane to Athens in the afternoon. My husband said I was a female werewolf!

I am a person who doesn't like sports. I usually go out and my husband drives. When my husband is busy working, I am a taxi. I usually don't have the habit of fitness.

After deciding on this operation, I started stretching a year ago (graphic data given by the hospital). My operation was delayed continuously for various reasons, so my stretching did not last, but intermittently.

I remember that after I stretched seriously for a month, I could finish the word horse perfectly.

Before stretching, I can probably put down my fist from the ground.

Before the operation, the doctor checked my leg. I told the doctor that I could use a word horse. The doctor said it would be helpful. At that time, I wanted to show the word horse to the doctor. The doctor didn't give me a chance, but asked me to cooperate with him to complete several movements.

After the operation, I went to the rehabilitation center to do Pt. The rehabilitation division always said that I was perfect. I think my muscles and flexibility were very good.

Let's see the actual situation. I'll listen to the doctor. I hope it can be extended on the premise of safety.

You are wise for prioritizing safety. Let us know the final length you gain after you are done!
By the way, did they use a catheter on you when you did the first surgery?

I'm not sure you're asking about "diapers"? If it is written in the hospitalization daily account above, the operation used a "urinary catheter" and a "urine bag", and the "urinary catheter" was removed on the morning of the first day after the operation.

After I came back from the rehabilitation center yesterday, I watched an American drama in bed and unconsciously crossed my legs 🧘‍♀️, Sitting in a wheelchair for dinner, I unconsciously crossed my legs. It's becoming more and more flexible.

I took the extra medicine given by the doctor before going to bed last night. I slept well and didn't wake up again. It was good that the extension in the middle of the night was delayed for a full 3 hours!

On the day of discharge, Dr. g cleaned and changed the dressing and replaced the white pressure socks. I had to wear them for two weeks on the day of discharge. Hahahahahaha, this morning, I finally took off the pressure socks, tore the adhesive tape and removed the tension reducer (I smelled the pressure socks with bad taste, but it didn't smell. I haven't washed my feet for three weeks since the operation. I'm dry feet, and my heels are cracked after looking at them).

I feel so relaxed when I take off the pressure socks, but I will go to the hospital for physical examination and hospitalization next Tuesday. I will have a thigh operation on Wednesday. After the operation, I will put on the pressure socks again. Cherish the short days without pressure socks!

Today, the doctor informed me to extend the time from 0.25mm four times a day to 0.25mm three times a day until the day when I went to the hospital for examination and hospitalization on Tuesday.

Tibia & Femur with Dr. Giotikas and Precice in 2021.

Yesterday morning, I went to the rehabilitation center for Pt

The driver came to pick me up. First, he went to the cake shop to buy dessert for the angels
The ice cream in this cake shop is delicious 😋

In the afternoon, I went to the hospital for a physical examination (blood, nucleic acid, ECG...) and took me to the ward with a retention needle.

At 5 pm, a male nurse came and asked me a lot of questions, especially about taking drugs.

5:15  I took my blood pressure and ECG.

6: 20 The doctor came to the ward and just came to say hello. He went to have an operation. He was really busy.

Before long, a woman came in (looks like an anesthesiologist in clothes). She focused on the question about my medication, and then she left.

At about 8:30, Dr. g came and told me that my operation could not be carried out tomorrow morning because I didn't stop taking one of the drugs. Maybe it needs to be changed to two weeks later.

Then the doctor went to find a way. I waited in the ward. At this time, I informed my driver that I needed to go back to the hotel tonight. I would inform him when I knew I could leave the hospital.

9:00  The nurse came to take blood pressure and ECG again.

At about 9:50, the doctor came back and said that I could stay in the hospital tonight. Tomorrow morning, he would confirm when I could arrange my operation on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I chose to remove the needle and go back to the hotel. At 11:20 at night, I returned to the hotel. Maybe I started nausea in the car because of blood drawing (5 tubes). When I returned to the hotel, I vomited, brushed my teeth, washed my face, took a shower and went to bed.

Tibia & Femur with Dr. Giotikas and Precice in 2021. so yesterday I exchanged the price of two needles for a dinner in the hospital and an extension in the ward... Crying!

This morning, Dr. g informed me that the operation was scheduled for December 16, so I'll go to the hospital again tomorrow morning. I'll update it when I get out of the hospital.
