Thank you this is very thoroughly documented!

How did you get around from hospital to hotel to Hackerman's? When you are finally done, how will you go to the airport to
go back home? Do you have someone else (family or friend) with you while traveling from one place to the other?

I was discharged from the hospital to my hotel via ambulance. When it's time to move to the HP house, I will hire 2 caretakers for this.

I drove to Baltimore (little less than 2 hour drive). I'll be staying until I'm consolidated enough to walk on forearm crutches or close to it. Just told a few friends back at home. Hiring caretakers when necessary. Once I settle into the HP house, caretaker needs will go down considerably.

How much does the ambulance cost?

Can you use it at any time to go anywhere near Baltimore from the hospital (even after discharge)? Like let's say after you are done lengthening you required help to go back home while you are still on a wheelchair, can you just book an ambulance from the hospital to take you from Hackerman's to your home or airport?

No way you should be using an ambulance for a ride. It should only be used once for leg lengthening surgery - when you get discharged from the hospital after surgery. Ambulance rides will cost well over 10 times more than what a taxi or ride-sharing would cost.
