I'm Korean I'm 168 cm tall and I'm trying to get around 5cm, where should I do it? Thighs are 10cm longer than calves... I want to do thighs because of my athletic ability, but I am worried that if I do thighs, my thighs will be 15cm

First, are you really sure you want to get the surgery ? You're not much smaller than the country average
Second, check that your ratio would be alright for optimal recovery (I dont remember the exact ratio tho)

I would go for Tibias.
Have you considered that longer Tibias - as opposed to longer Femurs - have certain advantages when it comes to biomechanics such as running?
Don't know if you care about squatting, but even squatting in everyday life is more comfortable with longer tibias than femurs.
