Hi, guys, I am a male of 163 cm and I am considering an LL operation but I can't figure out what will be mine proportion after the surgery, or what segment I have to do.
I will really appreciate if someone can tell me what bone tibia or femur will provide a better result.

this is me from 2 angles

Its depned on what type of sugery you will do ,LON, STRYDE,BETBONE,GUICHETNAIL etc..
But I think you have long tibia and dont have bow leg so there is no need for correction bow leg
so I think you should do femur ,doing femur has less complication than tibia.
I have done tibia lengthning 7cm,

Yes it is. To consider your propotion, and complication rate such a non-union, I think you should do femur.
Are you white?  I know normaly  white has longer tibia and who want to do CLL most likely to do femur.
I am japanease , and my right leg has bow leg (valgus),generaly speaking  aisian has shorter tibia, not to mention short leg.
so our first choice doing tibia ,its also dependent of human race.

Hello,

I feel the front photos where taken with the phone tilted upwards, which makes your upper body look longer ( including femur).
Therefore when making the mockups tibias look as a better option than femurs, however in the lateral photo femus look much more proportionate to your body.

I will do femurs + 7 or tibias + 5.5 unless your femurs are really longer.

femurs definitely look better in that. but poor photoshop but i'd still think femurs look better for u
