How dangerous is it to go for 7 cm on tibias and does mild ballerina foot recover on its own?

It's different for everyone. There's no set limit that applies to everyone. In general, it's okay to go uptp 15% of your original length and in most cases and with aggressive therapy you can go up to 20% of your original length. Some people have naturally flexible muscles so they may go beyond that as well but there's no way to know in advance. Keep a minimum and maximum target like minimum 5cm and max 7cm and then decide based on your condition in the final stages of lengthening.
My biggest fear is opting to do LL and then realizing I can't even get a fraction of my goal cuz of my bad flexibility.

Most people can go up to 5cm so you'll be fine.
what do we consider to be ballerina foot? Is it an inability to walk, an inability to bend you foot upwards in your ankle joint, or a general issue with walking on your toes?
People here are doing 8cm or 9 cm on tibias. They will fix ballerina foot.
Everybody’s different in regards to how much they can lengthen. However, you will really really regret going too far on tibias. Don’t tempt fate here. Stick to a safe limit of 5-6fm
What about femurs? what do u think about going for betzbone and maxing it out
Would it be possible on arms?
Doing more than 5-6 cm on tibias is playing with fire risking your long term health for minimum height gain that ain't noticeable at all. Only an idiot go further than this limit...
