I was reading in other diaries, although there was no other stryde diary (MyEvoultion) being the only one. I read that Paley makes the patient wear boots to prevent ballerina. All Tibia diary’s I read were required to wear the boots. Dr. M did not bring the boot up. I asked him since he didn’t bring it up, and he said you don’t need to worry about it now, down the line well see.
Why do all other doctors require it but Dr. M doesn’t ?
Any thoughts ?
Should I still order the boots (the one off Amazon Myevolution shared) or should I not worry about them?

Quote from: Siegfried on October 01, 2020, 10:51:10 AMHow much are you planning on lengthening?

Honestly I want like 7cm. I know it’s going to be tuff and maybe even dangerous so I’m willing to get 6cm or even 5cm if stuff gets rough. I know for a fact nothing lower than 5cm but I’m aiming more for 6.5-7.

What diameter nail did you use?
How do the scars look so far?

The 10mm one. Scars look way worse than femurs, I seen how femurs scar look and these are just way more cuts. I personally don’t care about scars so I’m fine with it.

Quote from: Movie on October 01, 2020, 09:18:54 AMYou don't need it now because you haven't lengthened enough to need that constant stretch from muscles! I'm sure he'll have you wear it in due time.

Yeah but  I’m already starting to feel the tightness

Guys, I need help with stretching .
Currently I’m using the slant board, standing on with with both legs at a time by putting in i middle of the walker to hold balance
Holding it for 10 minutes for both legs at same time. Doing it twice a day
Also doing calf raises
And in bed using the stretch rope to pull my foot front
While doing these exercises I feel my calves really burn, but the problem is after the stretching my calves become really sore and make it even harder to walk.
Isn’t the stretching supposed to make me feel looser not tighter
Any suggestions?
