No he didn’t, he said it makes you very weak
Right now I’m doing 0.25 mm 3x a day so 0.75 daily

Guys, I need help with stretching .
Currently I’m using the slant board, standing on with with both legs at a time by putting in i middle of the walker to hold balance
Holding it for 10 minutes for both legs at same time. Doing it twice a day
Also doing calf raises
And in bed using the stretch rope to pull my foot front
While doing these exercises I feel my calves really burn, but the problem is after the stretching my calves become really sore and make it even harder to walk.
Isn’t the stretching supposed to make me feel looser not tighter
Any suggestions?

You should ask Dr. M about the calf raises.  I had thought you do not want to do that because you do not want to push the muscle--just want to get the stretch.

Can you post some updates?  What has your walking been like?  How has sleep been?

i really like this guys vids

maybe try taking a hot shower before stretching? maybe bring the time down like 30-60 seconds per foot
4-5 sets per foot

and do that multiple times over the course of the day instead of all at once ( or twice )
