So I'm wondering, because I will be doing tibia first, after consolidation would it have an effect on squatting? I ask because the calves are used as stabilizing muscles in the squat (I believe) unlike the quads which are the main muscle groups being used. Maybe knee problems would be an issue, idk?

A longer tibia is actually advantage for squatting, so if all goes well and depending on the method, you should be able to squat just fine, or even better if you have relativ long femurs.

Tibia lengthening actually blows up your calf size pretty substantially, and it shouldn't have any effects on squatting. It will likely affect deadlifting, unfortunately, which I don't look forward to.
