Hello everyone,  here is a link that shows my current proportions:

I don't know if I should do femur or tibias.
It would be amazing if I could do 7 cm on my femurs but I think it's not possible proportion wise. I would still be happy with 5 cm on my tibias.

My question is: would it be possible to do 7 cm on the femurs with my proportion or are my tibias to short for that?

My current height is exactly 175cm.

I would rather not have baby tibias.

Femur is shorter than Tibias.
I would suggest you do Femur for 8cm gain, making you 183cm (6ft).

While the picture does look like OP has longer than average Tibia, I'd guess 0.85 not over 1.00 Tibia to femur ratio. X-rays and consult only way to be sure on that. 0.8 is about average. If OP would be happy with +5cm height as he said, then definitely femurs way to go. Safer, slightly cheaper, less visible scars, consolidate faster, have the ability to reevaluate looking in mirror at +5cm and decide if want to push to +6, +7 per even +8cm. OP I suggest you do some mock-ups and see what looks better to you.
