Hello everyone,

Ive had the clear to start running again. I can jump a little bit but not anything to write home about yet, does anyone have tips on where to start or any specific exercises that will make the journey to running easier?

Bulgarian squats, bridges, backwards walking, to strengthen those glutes and thigh muscles in between. I’m a little over two months of post rod removal and I feel that I run better and faster than pre surgery because of the extensive stretching and muscle strengthening that I didn’t know about before. I didn’t think I’d be at 💯 athleticism and explosiveness but those thigh and glute muscle workouts do wonders.
