Hi, I've been trying to find information on working out during limb lengthening but all I can find on this forum is experiences talking about exercising after the process or stretching/walking during the lengthening process.
I'm wondering if it's possible/what it's like to do upper body exercises during the lengthening process.
I'm thinking of things like bench presses, chest flys, lateral pulldowns, shoulder presses, and other seated exercises.
Would this be possible? I'm a little concerned about losing upper body muscle mass/strength if I'm not able to hit the gym for 6 months.
If there's already a thread about this, then please link me to it.
In any case, thank you for sharing any experience regarding this.

Hello, Below is a link from Dr. Shahab Mahboubian's website and he allows his patients to go back to training upper body right away.
https://heightlengthening.com/faq/
Angelique Keller the patient relation manager at Dr. plaley told me that It is okay to do upper body weight training as long as I am staying on top of physical therapy and stretching.
I am doing the surgery with Dr. Paley in a few months and would like to train my upper body and hoping that I can get in the gym after the first month
