Hi, I've been trying to find information on working out during limb lengthening but all I can find on this forum is experiences talking about exercising after the process or stretching/walking during the lengthening process.
I'm wondering if it's possible/what it's like to do upper body exercises during the lengthening process.
I'm thinking of things like bench presses, chest flys, lateral pulldowns, shoulder presses, and other seated exercises.
Would this be possible? I'm a little concerned about losing upper body muscle mass/strength if I'm not able to hit the gym for 6 months.
If there's already a thread about this, then please link me to it.
In any case, thank you for sharing any experience regarding this.
