Hey guys! I have found something very interesting regarding upper body lengthening. It is lumbar spine surgery. According to the process, they cut off a little bit of your intervertebral disc and add it in between the bones. Here is the technique explained: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xk30oy_lumbar-spine-surgery-anterior-interbody-fusion-with-bone-plate-neurosurgical-3d-animations_tech
Possible testimonies: [url]http://www.spine-health.com/forum/treatment/back-surgery-and-neck-surgery/height-gain[url]
However, I am guessing that this process is only used for back pain surgeric relief and scoliosis. Idk if a surgeon would do it for cosmetology purposes OR IF IT IS EVEN FAVORABLE for cosmetology purposes?
Anyone else knows about this? Does anyone know if it could be done for cosmetology purposes? Can someone prove me wrong for this? (probably I just misunderstood the process and it couldn't be possible done in a healthy person).
Also, according to the testimonies, all you can grow is like an inch or less. Don't get surprised (yet, probably you can do numerous of these surgeries in between all your bones but I guess that would be risky).
I guess if you only try it once there isn't that much risk. A lot of scoliosis patients have done it before. Even those persons who have "back pains". I hiess it is almost impossible to become vegetable and damage your nerves since it is done on the lowest part of your spine, and the more important nerves are in the upper side of the spine.

THOUGH I am not sure! Probably the back spine thing is something different. I want to really know if this is a reliable way to increase upper height or not. I am worried about my torso since my upper body is like 78 cm long, NOT EVEN A 160 CM TALL GUY HAS SUCH A SMALL TORSO! It is hard for me to find clothes that fit me (either pants or jackets) but even if I do LL and I manage to find a broader variety of pant sizes, I won't still be able to find jackets that fit me. So a 1-2 inch increase might probably help me find easier upper clothes. I just returned a SMALL jacket because it fitted me way too big (it would probably fit a 5'6" guy but not me, standing at 5'1"). They say that you have a late growth spurt in your torso but idk if I will ever have one since I stopped growing at around 12 years old, my penis is already 6" inches long and I had started doing drugs for a year already (weed and coke, both having being proved to stunt supposedly growth, which I hope not). I hope I still have that "late" upper growth spurt and manage to reach 5'3", with my upper body being 82-83 cm long.

I am 16 and a half. Haven't grown nothing since I was 12 but like 1 cm in the last summer (and all thanks to the HGH, I dont take HGH anymore however).
For all the interested in this: we should all start a research if spine lengthening surgery is possible for cosmetic reasons. Google "Spine lengthening" and all you will get is yoga STRETCHING exercises (which isn't nothing like lengthening). We need to find surgeons who may will to do this or who have a similar process to increase spine length without risk. It doesn't seem to have no risk but probably a risk of this would be that one of the nerves going through the spine and a complication occurs during the process, or that it either has complications in the future (around 60-70 years).
