hi ,
when I measure my self in the morning my height is about 1m89 , but in the evening it fluctuates between 1m85 / 1m86

The greater your height, the longer your spine becomes, leading to more compression.
I am approximately 1.765 in the morning and 1.75 for most of the day, decreasing slightly before bedtime.
However, I never lose more than 2 cm.
