Quote from: DreamOf180cm on January 05, 2017, 07:10:16 PMNo it's not real to do this. If you do 10cm on tibias you'll be destroyed. Not trying to be rude but go read some diary's and see what happened to some people who went beyond recommended amount.

TIBIA MAX = 5-6cm!

Quote from: CaptainAmerica on January 05, 2017, 07:14:36 PM10cm = high chance of permanent knee pain, you'll walk funny the rest of your life, and I don't even want to think about running

Quote from: notimportant on January 05, 2017, 07:26:23 PMWith 10 cm no chances of going back to normal. Listen to these guys

Thanks for your answers ,i got it ,but what about femur maximum?

Quote from: TheLichKing on January 05, 2017, 11:15:43 PM6.5-7cm MAX on femurs.

Quote from: Sweden on January 07, 2017, 01:47:34 PM4cm on tibia and 6cm on femur. Don't do more.

It will be expensive as hell and you'll be like 5-10% disabled. That's the truth.

Quote from: sashawiak on January 07, 2017, 07:19:01 PM10 cm on tibia is beyond overkill. You'll regret doing that much for the rest of your life. You're going to have to get both segments done if you want 4 inches. (Let's say 6 cm femur and 4 cm tibia)
Although at 5'10 I probably wouldn't bother to get LL in the first place since you're not short in the slightest. Or just do 4-5 cm max on tibias and you'll be 6'0. Don't destroy your legs to get 4 inches in one surgery, especially when you're already 5'10.

i have read that femurs are much easier so probably i am going to do them because difference between my femur and tibia length  is very little and also i want to do whole thing with 1 segment. 8 cm for femurs is real or better stay with 7?

Quote from: sashawiak on January 07, 2017, 08:38:22 PMPenguinnn did 7.5 cm internal femur with Parihar so you should definitely read his diary. Don't do more than that though, and stop earlier if your body can't take it.
Also, can I ask where you're from? I'm wondering because you're considering LL at 5'10.

thanks , i'm definitely going to read his diary .i am from Russia and in general i never feel short but i wanna be taller ,i dont know how to explain that   ,just maybe for somebody thats look  weird that im going to to leg Lengthening with this height  but also i know and recognize that everything is very serious thats why i dont want to do second operation

Quote from: KiloKAHN on January 07, 2017, 08:52:28 PMYou're already at a height where it makes no sense to get greedy and aim for 10 cm. Go 5 cm tibs max and call it a day, or even 4 cm.

i know thats im already average but my goal is to get as much as i can from this trip (without high risks of course)
