I am 21 years old and 5 ft 10 (177-178cm) and i want to add  10 cm (4 inches) for my tibia length ,why tibias?cause femurs lil bit longer that tibias (that okey)

is it real to make it with 1 operation?how long it will take? (1 year or so?)

No it's not real to do this. If you do 10cm on tibias you'll be destroyed. Not trying to be rude but go read some diary's and see what happened to some people who went beyond recommended amount.

TIBIA MAX = 5-6cm!

Go back to producing Yung Lean's beats because Yung Sherm's production is poverty and Lean's record numbers show this. Once you do that, then maybe you can think of 6cm max on tibias.

about 70% of people have problems going even 7cm on just 1 segment (tibiae), you can expect 99% chance of haing problems with 10cm. If you really want 4-5 inches gain, you must go 2 segment lengthening, there's no other way.
