Preventing osteomyelitis entirely is difficult even for an excellent surgeon, and the surgery was performed by Yuksel, making it difficult to determine who should bear the responsibility. Yet, it is evident that the doctors employed by WBT committed negligence. WBT should offer some form of compensation without her going to court.
