Quote from: danielkordan22 on August 31, 2023, 04:30:40 AMI have suggested to your consultant that a well-established company needs to establish its own security system. At that time, your consultant response was: We are a medical company, not a security company. I hope you can truly take action this time, not just talk about it.
I agree with this consultant's answer. This is what I have been my view since the beginning too. The things I said we intend to implement if the conditions are right will not change the fact that the company is not and cannot be a security company.
Our aim will be to present the data we have obtained with the planned applications to the judicial authorities in favor of the victim/rightful side in any conflict situation. In addition, we will know which claim is false/fictitious and which claim is true/real as well, and we will take our position accordingly.
We will take action after we are sure of the legality of the information we receive about the party or parties involved in a smear campaign against the company while inside the company and still taking the service. If our lawyers confirm that the information we have obtained/or was delivered to us is legitimate, we will initiate the judicial process immediately. We will give the strongest possible response to this immoral campaign that is disturbing the peace of our patients and the company. I will deal with this myself personally.

Quote from: Maison on August 31, 2023, 06:53:14 AMThe current state of this topic is chaotic. Although OP has not been active recently, I would like to reiterate what I believe to be the most problematic aspect of the actions taken by Yunus.
OP had hoped for early debridement. However, the decision not to perform debridement and instead administer antibiotics for some time falls within the discretion of the doctor and is not an obvious mistake.
Nonetheless, it's an obvious mistake for Yunus to say the osteomyelitis was cured six weeks after starting antibiotics, especially when fluid was still leaking from the wound (on September 1).
Preventing osteomyelitis entirely is difficult even for an excellent surgeon, and the surgery was performed by Yuksel, making it difficult to determine who should bear the responsibility. Yet, it is evident that the doctors employed by WBT committed negligence. WBT should offer some form of compensation without her going to court.
Dr. Yunus is not a child enough to think that osteomyelitis can be cured with just 6 weeks of antibiotic therapy. He is a doctor who has successfully performed many orthopedic surgeries, some of which are very difficult cases, and also dozens of lengthening surgeries for aesthetic purposes within two years. Is it possible for such a doctor to claim that osteomyelitis was cured with only six weeks of first-stage antibiotic therapy, when there is no single scientific publication on how long the definitive cure for osteomyelitis will take? With just a simple google search, anyone can learn that osteomyelitis cannot heal that quickly, above all in circumstances that it's late to intervene. In fact, neither the patient's reports nor elsewhere states that the patient's osteomyelitis has healed and that it does not need further treatment. This is the patient's claim.
The patient did not have much confidence in the procedure that was applied by Dr. Yunus and would be followed frequently by any doctor in any osteomyelitis case as well, and as far as I see she did not want to continue further treatments, which would be followed according to the condition observed after six weeks of antibiotic treatment. Indeed, she seems to have continued in another way, which she later found safer.
Quote from: Bongbee on September 01, 2023, 10:56:23 AMAgain fell sad for your story brother. You will get well soon praying for you..now a days this all company are only focusing on marketing and making video no one care about
their patients.
Rest assured, we don't even have a special budget for advertising. We do not exaggerate anything. We are loyal to reality and we don't think reality needs advertising.
We take very close care of our patients. If we were able to send off within a month more than ten of our patients who completed their lengthening process along three months, it is because we are closely interested in them.
While we are doing our job with great seriousness and professionalism, people may be bored. Fortunately, buffoons have emerged who want to imitate us and make bored people laugh. Thanks a lot to these buffoons

So you're claiming that OP is lying.
I don't know Yunus very well, but I know that the LLT doctor made a fatal mistake about osteomyelitis, so it's hard to believe him easily.
Also, it is understandable that although she had requested early debridement, the doctor did not perform it, which may have led to her dissatisfaction. But lying is not justified.
So far I don't know who is lying, her or WBT. I look forward to her post.

We are in a sensitive situation and it would be presumptuous to suggest that one or both parties are lying. However, based on the correspondence between the patient representative and the doctor and the information given by the doctor/assistant, the most "This is the patient's claim." I can say. Even in this situation, it is very difficult for me to accuse one of the parties of lying. Because nothing needs definitive proof as much as an accusation of lying does.

I haven't had much time recently, so I haven't done any translation work,if you are interested, you can use translation software to translate. This picture shows what I said, which is a chat record between me and a Chinese consultant. In summary, in the first picture Yunus said there's no need to clean up. The second can be refuted that WBT blames me entirely for the infection.
