Dr Frank's is the cheapest so far but I think it's Precise 1. He said they also offer Precise 2.

I haven't been to Pretoria, but it could also be expensive living there.

I have been to Cuba ..I don't know if its one of the best countries in the world but they do have free health care in Cuba. Plus if you are looking for a place that has less height prejudice.. Cuba is a great option. The culture is beautiful and the people are very friendly, open and compassionate.

I honestly don't know the stigma. I honestly think it is more dangerous going to Vietnam or India or at least pose the same risks.
