Calcium/magnesium/zinc pills. A grabber. Baggy shorts if you're doing externals.

It is foldable, which is a plus. But is a bit cheaper plus I wonder is that grabber hand not a good shape?
It looks OK. I wouldn't worry about cheap because LL doesn't last long anyway.
