What are some things you can pay for but won't take up much space before LL?

Ex: want to spend more money in a 90 day time window to get a credit card bonus. But this is a year before you plan to do LL.

What could you pay for way in advance that will still help you in your LL trip down the line? Aside from the online consultation w/ a doctor

It is foldable, which is a plus. But is a bit cheaper plus I wonder is that grabber hand not a good shape?
