Hey guys, just curious on everyone's arms length (The upper end to the wrist, not including the hand length). If you can provide exactly the forearm and bicep length that would be great (don't forget to include your height as well).

forearm 29.5 cm
humerus 27.5 cm
height 180 cm
i know you didnt ask but might as well post everything else:
armspan 182.5-183 cm
foot(shoe size) 30cm
hand 21.5cm
sitting height 95.5-96 cm
SH/H 53%
Yeah you can add your hand length but I am more concerned about the arm length tha is why I mentioned that.

19CM hand
178-9CM tall
174CM armspan -strange right? But I figure I got a small frame.
What do you mean by small frame?
