I think she asked to get all her posts removed and there's nothing left on here about her experience. Even back when all her troubles were happening she didn't like talking about it. I know she was obviously a bad case and something went wrong. Half the point of this forum is so we can all be informed about the risks and what might go wrong for us if we go through with things. Does anyone know what actually happened to her and what her physical condition is now?

Obviously not trying to invade her privacy or anything - she's an anonymous person on a message board to me. I never met her, never will meet her, and don't care about any personal details of her life. I'm just curious about the LL outcome and what went wrong.

There used to be a lot of flame wars about Monegal as well and I'm not trying to rehash those. Every surgeon can have bad cases and maybe Monegal is a good or bad surgeon. Either way, that's not really the point. I'm just curious how bad her outcome was, why, and if she's recovered at all now or can walk, etc.

I feel it's important to talk in a general sense about the cases where people get crippled and how they occur or we will never be able to protect ourselves or be fully informed.
