What if even after 2 surgeries but still cannot get rid of short?

I really found LL very limitative for extremely short ppl's height growths cuz there are also some unlucky males under 160cm and thus 2 surgeries still cannot save their lives...What if that?

Halil buldus medical team member did 20cm lengthening in 3 surgeries, tho I doubt he can run or even jog

20cm is bs none of human's bodies can withstand that amount of length.But men under 160cm won't suffice 12cm or 13 length trust me though I'm not that short.
