Such an empty, beaten, useless topic because so personal and depending on so much things.
"Perfect height" is the theme of several recent topics and put in the search field delivers "only" 106 results...."ideal height", 130 entries. So many wasted posts about the question. I wonder if quantitative concrete answers (like 195 cm) would influence the target height "pick up" choice of any unfortunately more insecure disoriented guy....

It's nearly impossible to be psychologically healthy when standing at only 170cm and below in E.Asia and 175cm and below in Caucasian countries except Spain and Portuguese. Contrarily to your assumptions I have never seen or talked to any of my dozens or hundreds of male  acquaintances around 170 cm who were unhappy, unsuccessful  discriminated or even knowing CLL exists. It depends also on local cultures, women's minds, etc. The average male in my country is around 174/175cm. Only very few people, like you, would have height neurosis if being 170 cm tall. In your case you'd have height neurosis if shorter than 185-190cm, it seems to be what you say.
Besides consistent, continuous psychological and psychiatric help, you need to adapt and do realistic CLL, become normal in your social and communication life, and build a life project beyond height issues only. Maybe you should also leave China, altough your views seem more distorted than Chinese society's itself, even among young people and in metropolis like Shangai.

You haven't still understood you should find the right strategies to fight the battle of your life, before becoming totally physically and psychologically screwed.

Of course cuz your country' average height is 174-175cm so those males you were talking to are not feeling inferior about their heights. But I am wondering which Caucasian country you are living in? As I learned, except Spain and Portugueses, all of the Caucasian countrys' average heights range from 177-184cm and if you are under 175cm in those countries you will be likely to feel inferior if under 170cm then the outcome will be pretty self-expressing.
Yeah I retrospected what I said that was trully kinda stretching the reality but in China due to the inflations of height, men under 185cm are considered as short under 180cm are considered as disabled so I can see many men around 175-178 are complaining about being short while the nationwide average height is only 172-173cm.

Where do you ger the idea that Spanish are that short? I al Spanish. Lived in Germany and currently in the Netherlands. Also in the UK. Average height in Spain in very similar to average height on the UK and most European countries.

Eye lashes? Pigmentation treatments? Feet extension? Get steroids to gain "caucasian" muscle?

It's so ironic. While you are the most dysphoric, abnormal person here, and cry around due to the cruelty against you and your height, you are also the one with most prejudices, the most intrinsequely racist and discriminatory heightist in the entire forum constantly being offensive to many people here.
