If 0% risk of complications I would go for 187cm, but the height I could live with and not care would be 5'9.5 or 176.5cm.

It's nothing special.

I'd rather be completely nordic (ethnically) and 160cm than 185-190cm and exactly anything else. Height is easy to inject into the gene pool. Nordic features seem to be more elusive.

Europe, or maybe just except China and S.Korea, discriminates short men way less severely than these two countries do.
So it's actually luckier to be 165-170cm in the Nethelands than to be 160cm in China.

6’  2” maybe 6’ 3”.

You’re taller than the vast majority of people, but you’re not so tall that you’re a spectacle or that it makes basic day-to-day things in life difficult. For example, driving a car, getting clothes that fit, going on a plane, etc
