Quote from: Audous on September 29, 2021, 03:52:48 PMWe won't be heading towards overpopulation anyways because fertility rates are declining dramatically. It's been estimated we'll peak at around 10-11 billion which is manageable if we find a more efficient way to use our current resources.
The fertility rates still high in some countries. Water and food resources could be a big problem if nothing done on solving overpopulation before the 2050s.

- Bring aging under medical control; risk factor for cancer and age related diseases like Alzheimer's, arthritis, immunosenescence (+ cause of general physical & mental decline and overall suffering).
- Make major breakthroughs in sustainable energy production like fusion power, thereby increase the carrying capacity of the planet.
- Make major breakthroughs in computer technology and artificial intelligence.

So cure aging something like that!
AI is being done and works great.
All the 4 things listed.

We have barely scratched the surface.

If scientists can cure aging and cancer, they should be able to reopen the growth plates in which we can grow taller.

Don't worry, we won't.
