i have seen few pics of me recently and understood that i have had 2 growth spurts during my childhood and teenage years between the age of 12 and 13 and between the age of 14 and 15 after that i become growing slower
at 12 i was slightly shorter than my father at 13 become slightly taller than he
the second one was even bigger

Never had one(or noticed one).
I was just growing in similar pattern(no rapid jumps or something like that) until 12yo and then suddenly stopped. I was whole childhood in 70 percentile of height.
13-16 years old. Grew several inches in those 3 years but I didn't grow anymore after that.
Growth, yes. Spurt, no.
I last had a growth spurt at 16, and that was also when I stopped growing up. Before 16, I never had growth spurts that I noticed. I just kept growing up slowly until I was 15.
I think this information is something to know.
