Hi guys, do you think i can pull off 7-8 cm in femurs, or go for 5-6 cm in tibs?

If you can afford internal femurs yo should go for it, noramlly the amount would be 7 cm without too much problem. You dont have short femurs but is the segment that heals faster and you dont risk yourself that you can need Achilles tendon Lengthening if you go for tibias

Either will work in terms of proportions, it’s up to what you want to achieve and what method etc.  for a lot of height gain in one segment then do femurs

I agree.  You have a good ratio now.  One doesn't seem better than the other for you.
