I feel like the general consensus is that Dr. Rozbruch from HSS is the best LL surgeon out there.

Lim Chang-moo, head of the NewBORN Orthopedic Surgery Department in Korea, has 5,000 cases of height surgery.
How many doctors do one doctor have 5000 cases?
NEWBORN Orthopaedics is undervalued, but I think the surgery is the best. And the price is cheap.
He's the only doctor who can talk to the patient on his personal phone

From my experience, working with Dr. Assayag has been incredible. He's very responsive to all of his patients, and if I have any questions, I can always text or call him on his personal phone. The quality and knowledge of his work is comparable to Dr. P's but at half the price.

Furthermore, I believe that PT and recovery is more than half of the battle when it comes to CLL. Working with Dr. A means that you have access to the HP house and a team of PTs very experienced with working with LL patients. Dr. A has been very attentive to my post-op PT and care, and he's had insane standards that I tried my best to achieve with regards to my flexibility. He never seemed satisfied at my ability to improve my flexibility during lengthening. This didn't discourage me but rather made me work even harder. I don't think I would've been able to straighten out my legs and increase flexibility in my ankles if it weren't for his super high standards.

I think Giotikas remains one of the best in 2025, and very active academically! Giotikas, Paley, Rozbruch, Donghoon, Guichet, Thaller, were the only ones invited to give lectures at the World Limb Recon Association conference in Beijing last year and that says a lot about their league imo. You can watch Giotikas' lecture in Bejing, here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-j79yZ9-QUo

In terms of cost-effectiveness, Giotikas has always had the best prices in Athens by choice (but not in London) and with the recent introduction of the rehab apartments (https://giotikasclinic.com/your-care-plan/travel-accommodation/) they have taken things a step further. Take it from me who got the VIP program in Greece and spent almost half my time there on the Greek islands.

DR Giotikas being a reliable doctor seems questionable after this post:
