Like on this forum you will see a guy from India where average height is 165 cm or a guy from Asian country where average height is also small and then they are like "I am only 178 cm! People in Sweden are 185 cm average! I need to be that tall or I will kill myself!" Who cares what average height is in the tallest countries? Scandinavia is like 2% or something really small of the world population and the majority of people will not even care to visit the place anyways. Why do you have to compare yourself to such an extreme? It's nonsensical.

average heights are local.

its more about the average height of ppl you associate with or are likely to encounter.

I work with guys from china here in melb and they are all 5'8 to 5'11. All of these 8 guys are average or above china's average height.

When I go out to meet ppl or try to pick up on Friday and sat nites, girls are 5'8 to 5'10. a handful of guys will be 5'10 and every other guy will be 6'0+.

National average heights are never really relevant to anyone.

I think it's because they feel inferior which is really at the core of height neurosis. It doesn't feel good knowing there are places where you would still be considered short even after lenghtening.

I happen to live in scandinavia so naturally that's what I keep talking about.

If you feel inferior try lifting. Helps a ton.

123 is so right. Lifting is mandatory for life.
