That question has been driving crazy today, simply why? Explain it. How is it that Tibia and Fibula can be lengthened but the Forearm bones not?

Finding a doctor who would risk doing it on a perfectly healthy person is another issue entirely. Forearm lengthening is the most dangerous lengthening.

But why? If we can lengthen two segments of a bond structure at once then why cant forearms be lengthened? + for the "hand" ability don't just make expeculations, prove that it can actually happen.
