Hi guys,
So do you think building a good back muscle would help you to prevent losing height during the day?
I lost approximately 2.5 cm from morning to evening and I am looking forward to a way to reduce this number to 1.5 cm
thanks!!

Don't quote me on that, but I think it helps. Should at least help make your posture better.
In case it doesn't, at least you'll have worked your back/shoulder muscles and you'll appear bigger than you were before. There shouldn't be any cons to trying it out.

it depends on which body part your working on for example if your doing workouts that affect your back then more pressure will be put on the spine so it really is a difficult one to answer
