Wingspan to body height ratio

Wanted to know what is the ideal ratio for that. Also the ratio between your upper and lower body. My son's wingspan is 167.5, height is 163.5. He is not going to grow anymore.

Thanks guys. I am planning for 1 surgery for now. My goal is 6cm. I don't know if I am pushing it. Also, do you measure the wingspan to the wrists, of to the fingers. Logically should be fingers.
