Not all people look normal after a nose job for instance. Some look normal as if they were born with than nose, but some other people just look fake.

Why care about what others think of you? There are also some men or even women making fun of those women who did their plastic surgeries, especially when they failed in them(you can't really imagine how malicious women can be if they see other women who fail in plastic surgeries, regardless of how alien they look and even I as a man can sympathize a lot what lives they gotta have with those faces..), but as you can see there are still lots of women filling their boobs, amplifying their butts, doing their noses eyes etc., because they are doing them for *themselves* instead of men.

Yeah I agree, also yeah it should not matter what normies think I get that but I dunno how long you have been around this kind of communities but when this wasn't a mainstream topic the idea was always how to do this in the most discrete way maybe out of shame or maybe because this use to be a very niche and private surgery but since turks and Indians started spamming the s*it out of this normies started to look at this to the point it's already a meme in the sense that now people are aware about this procedure and there is no way to keep it secret anymore. anyone in these comments talking about his torso or anything else is hallucinating. everyone will always say this stuff on LL posts but none would notice in a trillion years if it was in a different context. its a cope from them, why they cope I don't really know. However this guy is one of the few cases where there is genuine noticeable disproportion at least in this image. im not sure if it would be noticeable if he wasn't standing directly next to Dr. M, but his arms are genuinely short and thin. it looks like his arms are about 3-4 inches shorter than dr. m making his wingspan between 6 to 8 inches shorter originally. in a 3 inch lengthening this wouldn't be noticeable or if he we're more lucky with his wingspan, but yes this is the point where arm span starts to become a noticeable issue.
However the legs thing is hilarious, 75% of these people would say Dr.M is the one with longer legs in this photo if they were unbiased, im sure its not true, but the tucked in shirt makes it look that way.
The real question is, ok the guy has short arms, but what's more noticeable and gonna affect his life, being 5'8 or 5'9 with 5'3 arms or being 5'3? when your in this type of range, say below 5'7, your choosing between a whole body disproportion relative to the population or a segment disproportion. and if your doing less than like 5 inches its likely there will be no noticeable disproportion. So its really just an obvious choice.

people are either gonna make fun of you and hate you for being short, or make fun of you and hate you for not being short
you have to choose what you want to do and what's true to you
being hated no matter what gives you ultimate freedom to yourself
plus, many don't actually care, they pretend to care because the surgery pisses them off. You're suppose to take the insults and shaming and pretend it doesn't happen, not do something about it, they cant have that. But on a personal level nobodys gonna care.
almost everyone knows what short men go through, some will lie to you because they know how bad you'd feel if you really knew what it was like and they think you're an idiot, and everyone can gaslight you into thinking everything's all good. but 100% almost everyone knows. imagine a 6'+ guy wakes up one day and he's suddenly 7 inches shorter. Yeah at best he's not going outside for a very long time, major depressionon, maybe ending his life pretty quick cause he knows what he lost.
But now with the extreme vitriol toward short men online, the game is up, a lot of them just say it out loud now.
