LL veterans:
What was your experience like if you worked during LL? Did pain or lack of sleep seriously affect your work?

Hoping to get the ball rolling soon but I’m a little worried about the timing because I’m expecting a promotion at work and I could have a lot on my plate. Thanks in advance!

Quote from: motoboarder on June 02, 2022, 11:22:04 PMIt affects cognition functions a hell lot! I'm workaholic, often spent 10h/day on computer without getting distracted. During LL, I could barely focus on any cognitive task for more than 30min. If you really have to work, especially good work for a promotion, I think you can start at about 2 month mark after surgery.

Ultimately though, it's best to pause your life for LL. Any additional mental stress will negatively impact your LL progress.

Thanks for the reply! Not what I wanted to hear but definitely what I needed to know.
