Basically feel like my legs are already much longer than my torso, so was wondering if going for a 6 inch(3 femur + 2.5-3 tibia) in very far future would make me look fked up and also wanted your opinions.

Would like if someone could make an accurate 6 inch mockup.

I would look like you after I did surgery (+4 inches of height) in terms of proportion. I really don't know if you should be adding more leg length but it's entirely up to you.

I thought so as well. I think because he has short torso and very long legs typical of people much taller than 5'4 who usually have more stubby legs.
