HGH causes all sorts of changes such as increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and it even changes the way your face looks. Look up “acromegaly” this is from a Supra physiological levels of HGH, getting large doses during puberty, which you need for Any significant change in height (3-4) inches.
Another drug used for height increase is AIs which reduce estrogen conversion, subsequently reducing the rate of growth plate fusion. The problem is, bone density is negatively impacted and you get more androgen if signaling in the brain, possibly increasing aggression and other male characteristics such as likelihood of developing Dementia later in life.
HGH will misfire on some patients(I mean those who are around/under -2SD of the average height if not doctors with decent sanity will refuse to inject HGH into your bodies) due to insusceptibilities to HGH, original normal levels of HGH, growth plates being fused too early and etc.
But if it can effect on me who would rather choose Schizophrenia than being short those side effects like heart disease, Acromegaly or diabetes will be just a breeze for me.
