Hey Fernie, hope you are well. Speaking as a guy who did 8 cm on tibias, I'll just give my 2 cents for whatever its worth. First noone notices the length imbalance between my tibias and femurs, ive just been told "you have long legs" a few times as a compliment. So if I were in your position, i'd legitimately consider going more than 5 cm on femurs should your doctor allow that. You're in good hands so I would think your doctor knows best..
