To all of you who "agree" or "disagree"... I say respect and don't judge other people's goals, feelings, thoughts and reasoning based on your feelings and perspective... If someone says 4cm is ok, just accept it! My best wishes to you all

Snapping your legs in half, stretching out your muscles and relying on your body to adequately regenerate new bone in the gap is not safe under any circumstances

Guys, when People say what They want for Them self this site should not be about telling People how stupid They Are.

Its like going to a breast implant forum and start telling girls They should get at least double D's Lol xD

I know this is alot more invasive. But we cant get around the fact that less cm is safer?
If a person did 1 cm ( fictional) it would me almost like a normal broken bone i guss.

Anyways, bless to everyone. No matter there Goals. And Best safefy for all.

BTW who is the last person to have Big problems? Unicorn and Music maker ?

If you are happy with 4cm, it is a safe goal. I have seen a lot of people smaller than me and they don't have any height phobia.

Maybe you can feel happy if you have 1 million USD, other people don't feel happy with 10M USD.

happiness is inside us.

Good luck

Quote from: Body Builder on November 21, 2017, 11:44:23 PMIt is not.
4 cm is no serious improvement to any height, moreover to 1.65 for a man.

But Koko seems sure that 4 cm are ok for him so I don't want to disagree with him because he knows better what he wants about himself.
I suggest though to do at least do 5cm to reach 1.70, there is no difference in terms of risks between 4 and 5 cm and the closer you are to average the better you'll feel.
But thats just my 2 cents. I wish you a smooth LL journey.

You know, experts say that lengthening of the legs is to fill the gap we have internally rather than what we lack externally.

From your comments, it seems that you really do have a problem internally. Just like women who are addicted to plastic surgery.

Since you are a body builder and does your LL as well, your satisfaction in yourself seems to come from skin deep. I bet that you have a dysfunctional family or is badly hurt by a woman before. No offence at all, just a guess.

The only problem I have is that I am not ok with my height. And that only has to do with how women see men less than average height, as I really like how I look regardless of that.

I am not addicted to plastic surgery that's why I discourage people above average to do LL and anyone (except midgets) to do arm lengthening. So your conclusions are far from real but it doesn't really matter as you don't know me personally.

My opinion in that topic has to do from my expierience and I can guarantee that 6cm have a little to almost not at all difference in the overall rehabilitation compared to 6cm and that also 4cm are so few that almost none will perceive you as taller. If someone is ok to be seen after LL the same as before LL then it is ok, but any sane person would like to be and seem taller after LL and 3-4 cm are not enough for that.

End of discussion for me.
