I'm by no means a doctor but do your knees ever hurt? Seems like the cartilage in your knees is non existent

RGKEY this diary is huge, can you maybe provide a summary of the bowed legs issue, at what point did it happen, what made it happen, if you could put that on the first post as well that would be useful for anyone reading this as it's important.

i consider myself a shoe lift expert, i think your estimation on the height you get out of them is incorrect, not your fault, the advertised gain isn't the actual height gain, it is just the measured heal.

usually the most you'd get out of a big elevator shoe like that is 6cm compared to the floor, but in comparson to a regular shoe it would be 4cm as a standard shoe gives 2cm anyway.

why do you insist that all shoes give you a 2cm lift.. it is so untrue.. i do not have one pair of shoes that add 2cm to my height.. the only time i get 2cm or more is when i wear work boots.. dont say that all normal shoes add 2cm because it is giving people false information.. i even proved to you with 3 different pairs of my shoes in which none of them added 2cm to my height.. but you still insist that all shoes add the same which is such rubbish information.. and the 'shoe lift expert' comment is an absolute joke..

damn dude, your legs are pretty bad,  both of them... you say fix your leg, but both legs are bad.. both legs are badly bent. your left leg looks worse, but the right one isnt  good either... your left tibia is all out of shape, and the left fibula is warped.  basically, all the bones in your leg are deformed.

its really bad, actually... i cant believe how deformed your legs are to be honest.... they look worse  now compared to before. there had to be more bending since you took off frames

im kind of  in disbelief  to be honest... i cant imagine you walking normally now ... i couldnt walk normally with my deformity, and that was one leg... i had deformity in 2 planes though, so its possible that caused me more issues, but your legs are beyond bad

i really cant imagine you walking now... id like to see video of how you  currently walk

Sorry I don't like to repeat my self. If you can not go through a huge diary to answer ur own question, i wont do it for u or for anyone, im no bodies dad lol

My walk ia good and i started training judo but bc of muscle soreness i stopped. It's your choice to believe what u want to believe. I walk fine dance etc normal. But i hate my bowed leg lol it does not look good. Its not about the deformity its about the axes. My right leg looks fine the doctor told me its fine the axes are fine but not for my left. But apparently there are many doctors in these forum lol
I have appointment thia tuesday with specialist will see what he says.... wish me luck

yes, the right leg does look fine.. its just your left leg that looks bad.. but its true that to someone that isnt a doctor that x rays can be misleading, thats why we ask how ur walking is.. main thing is your feeling fine.. its more the long term u may need to think about.. good luck
