How will your doctor treat it?
9 centimeters on tibias with Dr. Barinov, Volgograd-Russia
Quotedamn dude, your legs are pretty bad, both of them... you say fix your leg, but both legs are bad.. both legs are badly bent. your left leg looks worse, but the right one isnt good either... your left tibia is all out of shape, and the left fibula is warped. basically, all the bones in your leg are deformed.
its really bad, actually... i cant believe how deformed your legs are to be honest.... they look worse now compared to before. there had to be more bending since you took off frames
you are correct.
QuoteBut apparently there are many doctors in these forum lol
rgkey you say that because deep down you only want to believe what you want to believe. sometimes people only find or see what they choose to see.
both your legs are messed up. look the mechanical axis middle of the knee cap to middle of the ankle is not even running through the bone for your right leg. that is completely crazy. I bet you alter your gait to accommodate this.
the right leg is not fine
dont need to be a dr to see it's deformed and bent...
the tibia and fibula are deformed on both legs, not just the left
its impossible that your gait is fine.... stop lying to yourself.. that is why your legs are even worse now
look at the bottom of your fibula on the right leg, its warped.... look at the tibia.....its also noticeable bent,... its just that compared to your left leg, its not as bad
i dont know how anyone can look at that x ray and say your right leg looks fine.
youve had this now for awhile. need to fix as soon as possible
The right leg could be fine, just being put in an awkward position because it has to compensate for the left leg's deformity.
the right leg fibula is bent at the bottom... thats not caused by his posture... its a very acute bend, which then goes in the opposite direction
the same for the tibia...the tibia goes one way, then bends in the opposite direction, horizontally... that is not caused by his posture
im sure mr bones can post a photo showing where the bend is... its pretty obvious though, on the upper right tibia
That's very minor. I don't think it will affect anything.
I haven't read much from this forum. Rgkey is that your xray? Man, that's gonna affect your gait and possibly many other things in the long run.
You should talk to that Dr. from California maybe he can help.
We'll see tomorrow when specialist examines me.
No offense but i would only believe a doctors opinion over anyone elses assumptions. As Dr. Barinov told me when talking about indian doctors: "even the worst doctor for LL in the world will know more than any patient" i completely agree. The first orthopedic doctor told me right leg is fine left is not. Im also posting my xray. Now, you decide what to do with the information i provide, i can careless what you think or what you do with it. My only intention is to provide with information that i would love to have had before i did leg lengthening. Im living my life, doing my thing, im the man, every one who knows me knows that. And after LL life is for sure better even with my bowed leg, but not for long. If doctor tells me right leg needs to be fixed then i will fix it too. I also sent my xrays to Dr. Barinov. He is on vacations right now so i will wait to see what he says. But my right leg looks the same as when i finished LL. Most people post correction look like that, not statight bones, he says it's normal, "what do you want? Straight bones or straight looking legs?" My right legs looks a little bend because i had correction done on that leg as well, i had a little bowed legs to start with.
so for all the experts of leg lengthening, take the information i provide and do whatever the F..k u want to do with it, but for future Lengtheners, dont let ur self be fooled by peoples assumptions of the truth, specially when they have nothing to back it up with but their opinions that are base on unreliable sources. Im not expert that is why if i answer anything about LL, other than my own experience, do not take it as the last word, as the truth, I can only give my opinion and my own reference experience. I say this because wvery day i get emails from people asking me questions that should be asked to doctors not to me.
One more time. I did 9 cms, in about 10 months, life post LL is awesome, but life was always awesome anyway. I walk fine, lift weights, do martial arts, dance, have plenty of sex, can run but nor for long and dont even try anymore. I stopped using lifts, just sometimes, but honestly i feel the same with or without so i quit them lol
That is all for now guys, ill be posting more after tomorrow. I was away from the forums cuz you know i have a life to live and is addicting. I tickle the idea of doing femurs but i feel good now with my height and proportions. Im making money, plans to travel, enjoy life etc.. we'll see what doctors says tomorrow, maybe he tells me my legs need to be cut off for good lol i promise to post pictures of that!

how long until u were able to do heavy squats and things from operation?
Im not Doctor but get someone reliable and get it fixed before it gets worse. Also Im not sure if Dr Barinov should be advertised on this website after seeing this.
