Are my legs too long for 7.5 cm increase by internals in tibias?

Am 161 and want to reach 169.

Have to link to imgur since i cant upload the file.

Im really not interested in being told that I shouldnt do it because my height is fine for a girl or anything like that.

If you want to do internals, why not femurs? With internal tibia lengthening you have pretty big risk of permament knee pain and you want to do 7,5cm on top of that.
Totally unrealistic.

Btw photo looks like it was made on the head level which gives false perception of your overall proportions.

Ehh, do i really need to explain again that people try to cheer up others?

If you have the money for internal then you might as well do femurs. They look fine.

By the looks of it you could do internal femurs and it would look fine

Want an honest opinion? Considering your body do femurs and dont get past 6cm. I do think you have a long torso compared to your legs, specially the femurs. 6cm more would be perfect.

Ive decided to do internal tibias for about 6.5cm height increase. Thanks! Originally I assumed my femurs could take the punishment but tibias seem safer somehow.

It's not safer, it's the other way around. Besides, if you do tibias, you'll be breaking 2 bones in each leg.

It's like saying:

I will go for 9cm external femurs rather than 10cm cuz it seems safer.

6.5 internal tibias is the upper limit a doctor would allow you, do 5-6, passing 6 can be dangerous.

It would look far more proportional if you did femurs rather than tibia's.

Btw, know you don't want to hear it, but I think you look better at your current height than the height you want to be.
