Is there any surgeon performing clavicle lengthening as a cosmetology surgery? Also please give prices as wellz

I think you should do this step by step, there is no point of thinking about clavicle lengthening when you haven't even done a single LL.
You will not make any progress if you plan too far ahead, go for LL first then think about clavicle lengthening.
