OP what you need to do is lengthen to 5'7 and then do a bit more upper body. You can do it and look way better, I look like I do and I just do pull ups. Most people think I am far better looking until they meet me in real life because I am so small. Your built the same as me I think your wingspan is closer to mine.
do the 6 inches and AL do tons of grip strengthening for guitar playing that really trains the muscles in your hands. My hands are probably smaller than yours I meet women who are 4 feet 10 and they have bigger hands than me. Focus on making your muscles bigger not how much you lift you really don't have to lift as much. Try a Paleo diet get really flexible you probably could do more than 6 inches I bet.
Clavicle lengthening is even crazier than LL, I didn´t see a single study about this surgery and I highly doubt that there´s a surgeon willing to perform it for a cosmetic patient. Better stick to LL and time will do the rest, everyone stops looking young at some point ,some earlier some later.
