You can still grow until 21. I was measured at 5'6.5 at 17 and now I am 5'7.75 at 20. Both measurements were taken by a stadiometer barefoot so there are no errors. Anyway I have been taking hgh at a high dose for the last 2 months and I have grown a bit for sure. I had to drop it recently because the sides were unbearable but it will start it up again at a low dose and ramp up slowly.

Watch your BLOOD GLUCOSE if you are taking gh. You CANNOT EAT A LOT OF CARBS. Gh makes you insulin resistant and puts you at a greater risk for diabetes. Bodybuilders don't talk about this because they take insulin anyway.

This is how I got f**ked over. Last few weeks I haven't been able to think straight, my mind was foggy all the time and I was getting horrible cramps after eating. The idiots on bodybuilding forums say that you are safe to eat one hour after injection, but you are not. Anyway I suspect that my blood glucose was jacked up and a blood test will probably confirm that. I will have to take a break from hgh until my body heals up and the glucose levels return to normal. Unfortunately this is horrible timing as I have finals next week.

Start with a low dosage and work your way up slowly. There is no rush and make sure you take an estrogen blocker to delay growth plate closure. Buy a blood glucose monitor to montior you blood sugar levels. Drink a lot of water and get plenty of excercise when you are on the drug.

Hopefully I can get to 5'9, the sooner the better and when I do I will drop the gh for good.

I suspect you are a late bloomer based on your parents height meaning that you have a lot of potential to grow with hgh.

Consider yourself lucky if this is true because your biggest growth usually happens between 12-15.
It's rare to grow anything more than 1" after 18.

I have no reason to make this up bro. Anyway hgh does cause insulin resistance that is the main drawback. However it can make you grow past your potential safely if used properly and if the adequate safety precautions are taken.

Many collegiate athletes have grown a bit because of hgh. A famous example is Clay Matthews who entered college at 6'1 165 pounds and graduated at 6'3 255 pounds.

It would be a dream for me to hit 5'9 and it looks like that might be possible now.

I'm not invalidating you, I'm saying that growing beyond 18 is rare. The cases with atheletes and some other people are exceptions but generally speaking your done around 15-18. It even said so in Dr Xias syllabus on his website.

That's true I guess it just depends on the person and his/her genetics. But I do notice that most guys are done at 18-19 but some grow until 22 even.

Other than Dennis Rodman, I've never seen or heard of any one grow beyond 20-21 and I only knew about 1 or 2 men in my life time who grew around that age and it was 1" at best. I do hope you grow to 5'9" but I wouldn't count on it.

I don't have my hopes up but I am still growing a bit and I only need about an inch plus the hgh should help for sure. But like you said it is rare. Going from 172cm now to 174cm when I'm all done is probably more realistic.

That inch of growth may have occurred at late 17 or early 18. But if I grew that much at your age I'd do a back flip and be walking on cloud 9 but then again I'm much taller. I stopped around late 15 early 16 can't say for sure. But unfortunately, I think 5'8" is it for you.

I don't think so I was measured at around 5'7 at 19 and now I am 5'7.75" at 20 and 2 months. But who knows. 5'9 is unlikely but I am going to use the gh for 2 years and take estrogen blockers as well. Maybe I can get there but probably not like you said. It's good to keep things in perspective.
