Seriously I never imagined jogging after 4-5 months!
That's really impressive, would you say your flexibility of thighs and hip flexors were above average prior to surgery?
Even just walking normally after 6 months would be a fantastic outcome for me. I also plan on doing 5 (max 6) so this is encouraging

I didn't have good flexibility at all but I got really good at stretching after my surgery. I would be the type that wouldn't stretch before of after my runs. My bone consolidated faster than average though so that really helped.

Hi, yea everything fixed itself lol, the body basically adapted to new lengths after lengthening stage. Didnt even stretch it tbh. Im full weight bearing now and currently in the gait training/walk training stage. Feelsgoodman being 185cm X)
